The Christian Center for Leadership Excellence(UK) is the leadership development initiative of the International Christian Leaership Network founded by Bishop Dr.Frederick Okhimamhe in 2002.
The Lord gave Bishop Frederick Okhimamhe the mandate in 1975 to raise quality ministers for quality service in the kingdom.He obeyed this divine mandate in 1990 by organizing several leadership training seminars and conferences which has affected several lives and produce several dynamic ministers of the Gospel.
God told him if he empowers a ministers ,he is affecting hundred of leaders they will also train and lead.
He established a Bible College called VICTORY BIBLE TRAINING INSTITUTE in 1991 which has raised over 150 pastors and evangelists for different ministeries and awarded Diploma in Bible/Theology.
The Center has organized international leadership development conferences for different churches in Takoradi Ghana, Cotonou in Republic of Benin , United State of America , United Kingdom of Great Britain and several national seminars in diffrent parts of Nigeria.
Bishop Frederick Okhimamhe is an apostle of God ,an international conference and crusade speaker,an author , a leadership development consultant.He is an encourager and a father to several ministiries all over the world.He has over 25 years experience in leading God;s people .He was a former urban planning and city planning lecturer .
He is the President of Living Gospel Outreach Church International Incorporated and the College President of Victory Bible training Institute
.He had several degrees from Power Theological Seminary, Onitsha , Aims Bible college,Abuja and international awards from different bodies.
He was honoured as a citizen of the City of Natchez in the State of Mississippi in the United states of America in 1999 by Mayor Larry Butch. He was made a Fellow of the World Missionary Bible Institute.He is a Life World Leader and an International Alumni of the Haggai Insitute of Advanced Christian Leadership Singapore in the Far East Asia.He was selected as a reprensentative of Nigeria in the 12 man team from different countries to participate in the International Study Tour to the State of Israel in 2004.
He was made the Nigeria Director of the Kingdom of God We Care ministries, California,USA and Consecrated as a Bishop of the Organization in 2000.He was appointed the first African minister into the International KOGWC Board which has ordained and issued international licences to several ministers worldwide.
Bishop Fred Okhimamhe is happily married to Rev. Esther Okhimamhe and blessed with 4 children.
